FeedMail is a service that aggregates and sends contents of RSS feeds as e-mails. Users create collections of websites they want to stay up to date with, and the service makes sure they get delivered at specified time: hourly, daily, or weekly.

  • Fetching, aggregating, and sending updates in a reliable manner across different time zones.
  • Building content that is readable in a variety of e-mail clients and devices.
  • Setting up infrastructure that handles a lot of inbound and outbound traffic.

Idea. The idea for the service arisen from a simple need: to read news from favourite websites without leaving an e-mail client.

Prototype. We created a prototype and it was bull's-eye. We decided to polish it and prepare for public launch.

Release. The service has been in use privately for some time. We are now preparing it to be available for everyone.
